01# Ultrasonic Cleaner Repair

My first video on my company YouTube channel. This video is about a repair of my Ultrasonic Cleaner. For some time ago it broke down. I already was planning to make a video about my work so this seems to be a great start to show some of my work. Hope you enjoy!

Ok what I did was replaced what I believe we're 2 faulty diodes on the power supply board and a leaky capacitor the control board. now everything powers on the heating works fine but the vibrating is very very low I could barely feel it vibrating not like before

Hi can you please help me figure out what's wrong with my ultrasonic cleaner? The heating element works fine but the unit does not vibrate at all. It's a digital pro brand. The LEDs on the control board for the heating and timer turn on. I already check both fuses inside and they are all good

hi. What was the original fault with the cleaner. Did it just stop oscillating?

Hi. I have no idea what you are doing here…but I am trying to find someone who can put together an "invention" .. I believe all the parts are available and as the end user I know what this device needs to do . The idea involves ultrasonic sound (think dog deterrent) placed on a collar or ear clip…and triggered by the animals position (so the device needs to detect a GPS location. I can find all the parts except a minuscule device to generate the sound? please say you know where I should look for this? and let me know if you are available to help! Cheers

Is it always the transistors or maybe other components? What was the third component you've replaced?
